The challenge
There are a large number of cranberry capsules to support urinary tract health for women - unfortunately, there are more bad ones than good ones. The differences in quality are often not immediately apparent: high proportion of fillers, simple cranberry powder instead of potent extracts, or too low a PAC content, which is usually not even declared.
Many manufacturers do not bother to use the dosages that have actually been tested in studies. Instead, they rely on cheap cranberry fruit powders and often dose the extracts far too low for cost reasons.
Be7 CranBe Dry Form
Be7 delivers the high-dose power of 60mg PAC in one capsule. This high concentration is made possible by the combination of the two branded raw materials Cysticran® and Flowens® .
Mother Nature knows exactly what is good for us women - that's why she gave us wonderful plants like the cranberry. With its valuable proanthocyanidins, it ensures that your body is properly supported all around. The high PAC content is sensibly supplemented by other secondary plant substances from the cranberry, which are lost in most extracts. This is made possible by Flowens® - the holistic cranberry extract. Because even if the PAC content is crucial: the cranberry contains other valuable ingredients. This unique composition is then supplemented with natural vitamin C from the nutrient-rich rosehip fruit. This powerful antioxidant is indispensable for your immune system and reliably strengthens your defenses **.
The natural ingredients are easily soluble in water and therefore travel through our bodies without any problems. From the blood through the urinary tract to the bladder, where they can develop their natural plant-based strength before they leave you again via the urinary tract. Hence our motto for you: Happy Pee Time - happy me Time.
Be7 – correctly and strongly dosed , without cheap fillers, for your greatest possible benefit.
The new Ehrlich
The market is flooded with products that claim to be scientifically based and premium - bullshit. They are often enriched with cheap raw materials, incorrect dosage or nonsensical multi-ingredient mixtures - "fairground mixtures" as we call them. The aim is to offer as many trendy raw materials as possible in low dosages, usually without any benefit. Enough of that - it's about our health!
Our approach: At the start of product development, a team of scientific staff examines all relevant studies, including raw materials, dosages, dosage form and co-factors. Branded raw materials are analyzed for additives and manufacturing methods. Our interdisciplinary team of doctors, alternative practitioners, nutritionists and product developers then discusses the results and determines the next steps.
The difference: products with scientifically based recipes and real benefits. We only use the highest quality raw materials in study-based dosages and without unnecessary additives .

Cranberry capsules for women's health
Old but gold: Cranberries have been traditionally used for centuries to support urinary tract health. It has now been shown that it is primarily the proanthocyanidins (PAC) they contain that are responsible for the health benefits of cranberries. These flavonoids can be concentrated in the form of extracts - but only with the right ones.
With Be7, you don't get ordinary fruit powder per daily dose (2 capsules), but 150 mg of high-quality cranberry extract from the two top brand raw materials Cysticran® and Flowens®. With a standardized PAC content of 60 mg, Be7 is the highest-dose product on the market and, thanks to the holistic Flowens® extract, also provides other valuable plant substances from the cranberry.
Good to know: Cranberries and extracts made from them have already been studied in numerous human studies. It turns out that the dose is what matters! Several meta-analyses have shown that a positive effect only occurs with a daily PAC dose of 36 mg or more (1),(2).
The PAC content in Be7 is particularly high at 60 mg per daily dose and combines two valuable extracts: Cysticran® with the highest proportion of proanthocyanidins available on the market and Flowens® with the holistic plant substance spectrum of the cranberry. The natural vitamin C from rose hips additionally supports your immune system and synergistically enhances the positive effects of the cranberry extract.

Why don’t we use pumpkin seed extract, nettle, or other herbs?
All of these plants are healthy and are traditionally used to treat urinary tract infections. However, the number of studies on these ingredients is rather small - if there are any at all. We felt that it was important to concentrate on the essentials. A large number of ingredients always necessarily reduces the proportion of the individual components. Therefore, we chose cranberry extract as the ingredient whose benefits for the urinary tract have by far the best research. Only D-mannose has a similarly well-documented benefit, but only in sufficient doses: at least 2 g per day is required. Because this could only be achieved with 5-6 capsules, we developed Be1 as a liquid alternative.

Diseases such as diabetes, a weakened immune system and certain medications can also increase the risk.

If you have a bladder infection (cystitis), it is important to act quickly to relieve the symptoms and fight the infection. It is advisable to drink plenty of water to flush out the bladder and to avoid irritating substances such as spicy foods or alcohol. Vitamin C, cranberries and D-mannose can particularly support bladder and urinary tract function. However, if the symptoms are more severe or persist, you should see a doctor. Regular urination and avoiding hypothermia can help prevent bladder infections.
