Essential oils from thyme and spruce are highly valued for their strengthening properties when children have colds . The mild thyme linalool strengthens the lungs and allows you to breathe freely again quickly. The gentle oil from spruce has respiratory dilator and expectorant properties.
Both oils come from the best organic farming in the EU for the highest content of valuable ingredients, grown without artificial fertilizers and pesticides.

Ca. 15 ml des Aromaöls in das 35-38°C warme Badewasser geben.
Hinweis: Ein Erkältungsbad durchwärmt den Körper, deshalb sollten Kinder bei Fieber ab 38,5 °C nicht baden. Gleiches gilt auch für Erwachsene.
Is the cold bath also suitable for babies?
Da Babys und Säuglinge mit Erkältung Schleim noch nicht gut selbst abhusten können, ist eine Anwendung nicht zu empfehlen. Für Kinder ab 3 Jahren ist das Aromabad jedoch gut zur Unterstützung bei Erkältungen geeignet.
