After you placed an order, you will receive your order confirmation by mail. In addition, you will automatically receive an email with your invoice as well as a shipping confirmation, including the tracking number.

Shipping

Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders of € 15 or more. Below this threshold, we charge € 2.95 per order. In other European countries, shipping is free for you with an order value of € 100 or more. Below this threshold, we charge a flat rate of € 5 per order.

After we have received and processed your order, we will hand it over to our shipping partner DHL.

Our packages are picked up on working days at about 2 p.m. at our location in Düsseldorf and sent by DHL. Usually, the delivery within Germany takes 1-2 days. Shipments to other European countries might take up to 5 working days. Since deliveries are handled by DHL, we ask you for understanding if, in exceptional cases, it should take longer than the standard time.

Of course you have the possibility to track your shipment. You will receive an automatic email when your package has been handed over to our shipping partner DHL. You will also find a tracking number in this email. You can enter the tracking number on the DHL website and thus track your package.

We are happy to deliver orders to other European countries too. However, deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in:

Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg , Malta, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary and Cyprus.

You can also have your order conveniently delivered to a packing station. To do this, please enter in the order process under "Information" Your packing station including the number in the address field. Then, please enter the locker number (post number) in the relevant field.

Of course, you can also collect your order personally.

Subscriptions

To conclude a subscription, first open the shop page of the product you are interested in. Under purchase options, select & quot; Spar-Abo & quot;. A list field appears in which you can specify the desired delivery interval. Click on & quot; Add to Cart & quot; and navigate to checkout. Finally, you have the opportunity to check the subscription, which is displayed as a product on the checkout page, before concluding the subscription. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time. To do this, go to your customer account and select your subscription in the menu on the left Subscriptions . Rewards program

The Cellavent rewards program is a bonus program where you have the opportunity to collect points for each of your orders and exchange them for discounts or perks.

There are several ways to collect points in our online shop.

These may vary from time to time.

1. For successful registration in our online shop, you will receive an individual welcome gift.

2. For every euro invested, one point (1 = 1) is credited to your account.

3. You have the opportunity to receive a personal gift of points in your birthday month.

You can find a always up-to-date overview by clicking on Rewards Program in the main navigation and then selecting Collect points tab .

From 100 points you can redeem the points you have collected. 100 points correspond to the equivalent of € 10.

Only one redemption code can be used per order.

To receive the voucher, click in the main navigation on Rewards Program and then select the Use Points tab. When you have collected enough points, click on the Get code button. You will then be given a detailed list of the conditions. In this context, please note the minimum order value and the expiry date of the points to be redeemed. If you agree, click the Confirm button. You can then copy the voucher code or aplly it directly to the shopping cart by clicking on Use when paying

You will be informed via the small pop-up window in the lower left corner of the screen when you have outstanding rewards.

To view your rewards, click on rewards program in the main navigation and then select the My rewards tab from . At this point you have a complete overview of the rewards that have not yet been redeemed. In this context, please note the minimum order value and the expiry date of the rewards to be redeemed. Here you can receive and copy the rewards as a voucher code by clicking on Apply when paying or add them to the shopping cart immediately.

Your collected points will automatically expire after a certain period of time.

Points collected between Jan 1st 2020 and Dec 31st 2020 will automatically expire on Dec 31st 2021.

Points collected between Jan 1st 2021 and Dec 31st 2021 will automatically expire on Dec 31st 2022.

However, if you exchange the points for a reward, this is valid for 180 days. You can find the exact date below the bonus if you go to Rewards Program and then to the My Rewards tab.

It may take some time for your points to be credited after the order has been completed. Depending on which payment method you have chosen, the points will be credited to you as soon as the receipt of payment has been confirmed. You can find an overview of how many points you already have collected by clicking on Rewards Program in the main navigation and then on Account . A detailed overview can be found under the History.

Every customer who has an account in our Cellavent Shop also automatically has a rewards program account. You can find this by clicking on Rewards Program in the main navigation and selecting the Account tab. In this area you will find a detailed overview of the current point balance , the points already collected , the points already redeemed , the already redeemed rewards and for your month of birth .

You have the option of specifying the month of your birth in our bonus program. If you do so, you have the opportunity to receive a birthday present from us in the form of a point credit. In order to receive this gift, the following requirements must be met.

You must enter your month of birth and have placed at least one eligible * order at least 30 days before the first month of your birth in order to receive the birthday bonus for the calendar year. Birthday bonuses are not granted retrospectively for past birthdays.

* An Eligible Order is an order that has been paid for or fulfilled that has not been canceled or fully refunded.

If you would like to take part in our rewards program and save your birthday, go to rewards program in the main navigation and select the Account tab. In the lower area you have the option of entering your month of birth.

Unfortunately, a combination of several discounts is not possible. You have the option of redeeming a bonus as part of points OR a discount voucher OR for another discount.

Since our program is a purely online feature, it is not possible to pay out the points collected in cash. The points can be converted into an equivalent value and redeemed when placing an order.

You can end your participation in our rewards program at any time. To do this, go to Rewards Program in the main navigation and select the Account tab. With the item Account status: Active you have the option to end your participation.

Please note that the termination of the rewards program means that the points and rewards you have collected can no longer be redeemed. Further accumulation of points is no longer possible either.

The rewards program is automatically activated the first time you log into our Cellavent shop. However, if you have deactivated the program in the meantime and would like to reactivate it after all, please send us an email to bonus@cellavent.de .

However, we cannot credit you with accumulated points from the time before the deactivation.

The following guidelines apply when withdrawing from or revoking a purchase.

1. If an order is deemed "Refunded", Canceled"or "invalid" is checked, all points originally earned for the order will be deducted.

2. If an order is marked "partially refunded" with a specific refund amount, points will be deducted based on the refund amount.
