What are the best hair capsules?
Hair vitamins with golden millet extract
Our golden millet extract provides highly concentrated miliacin —a natural active ingredient that specifically contributes to hair health . Combined with plant-based L-cystine , a keratin building block, it, along with zinc bisglycinate and vitamins B2, B5, and B6, strengthens the hair structure from within , supplies the hair follicles with important nutrients , and is thus effective against hair loss .
Unlike conventional millet extracts, our extract is extracted solvent-free using carbon dioxide for maximum purity and effectiveness. As part of our hair vitamins, miliacin and L-cystine support hair care from within , helping to visibly strengthen hair and maintain moisture balance.

Things to know
The often overlooked cause of hair loss
Hair loss or thinning hair can have many causes – from hormonal fluctuations to stress to nutrient deficiencies. Women are particularly affected after pregnancy or during stressful phases of life.
An insufficient supply of sulfur-containing amino acids or micronutrients such as zinc and B vitamins can weaken the hair structure.
💡 If you experience persistent hair loss, pay attention to your lifestyle, stress levels, and diet . A micronutrient analysis can reveal possible deficiencies—especially in L-cystine, zinc, or biotin.

Are there any side effects when using FemBe Hair Formula?
FemBe Hair Formula is generally well tolerated. However, people with known allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients should consult a doctor before use.
How long does it take until I see results?
Results may vary depending on individual hair type and needs, but as a general rule we recommend being patient and using FemBe Hair Formular regularly for at least four to six weeks to see noticeable improvement.
Can FemBe Hair Formular also be used on colored or chemically treated hair?
Yes, FemBe Hair Formula is suitable for all hair types, including colored or chemically treated hair. It can help improve the resilience and vitality of your hair regardless of previous treatments.
Why don’t we use keratin or hyaluronic acid?
Both substances are normal components of hair. It therefore seems sensible to take them to strengthen hair. The problem is that they are relatively large molecules that are broken down during digestion. This does not rule out the possibility that the smaller components have a benefit for hair metabolism. However, this is not yet well proven.
FemBe only puts in what works and is good for you. Period!
When do we speak of hair loss?
It is normal to lose up to 100 hairs a day. However, if more than 100 hairs fall out daily over a long period of time, it is called hair loss. To monitor hair loss, you can count the number of hairs that fall out on your pillow, in your brush or in the shower drain strainer.
What causes hair loss?
Stressful conditions such as high fever, surgeries, serious illnesses, weight loss, or even hormonal imbalances, such as those associated with pregnancy, can increase the number of hairs that enter the resting phase and stop growing. Typically, hair loss only occurs several months after the stress.
Which hormone is missing in women who experience hair loss?
Women who are prone to hereditary hair loss often show hypersensitivity to the male sex hormone DHT. Due to the reduced production of estrogen, dihydrotestosterone leads to increased hair loss in women.
