Shipping policy

  1. Delivery Conditions and Shipping Costs:
    • Delivery within Germany:
      1. Free shipping on orders over €29.
      2. Shipping cost of €4.95 for orders under €29.
    • International Deliveries (excluding Switzerland):
      1. Free shipping on orders over €100.
      2. Shipping cost of €7.50 for orders under €100.
    • Delivery to Switzerland:
      1. Free shipping on orders over €200.
      2. Shipping cost of €7.50 for orders over €150.
      3. Shipping cost of €15 for orders under €150.
  1. Delivery Countries:
    • We deliver to Germany, Austria, EU member states, EEA countries, and European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein).
    • We only deliver with DHL.
    • Delivery to parcel stations is possible.
  1. Partial Deliveries:
    • We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Any costs will be borne by Cellavent Healthcare.
  1. Unaccepted Goods:
    • Unaccepted or undelivered goods revert to the possession of Cellavent Healthcare GmbH and may be sold to third parties after a period of 2 weeks. Losses may be charged to the buyer.
  1. Events of Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances:
    • In cases of force majeure, product discontinuation, or delivery issues due to external factors, Cellavent Healthcare is exempt from delivery obligations.
    • In events such as strikes, lockouts, or official orders, Cellavent Healthcare GmbH is not responsible for delays even with binding deadlines and dates.
  1. Prices and Payment:
    • We accept PayPal, immediate transfer, prepayment, and credit card.
    • All prices are quoted including statutory VAT.
    • Subscriptions can only be completed via credit card and PayPal.
    • Purchase on account is offered by phone for existing customers from Germany and Austria.
