Through early harvesting, gentle cold pressing under oxygen-reduced conditions and immediate bottling , we obtain a particularly pure and polyphenol-rich olive oil. In addition, O'Liv Daily is stored at 7°C and protected from light until shipping. This way we manage to keep all the healthy ingredients of the olives intact and bioavailable and protect them from premature oxidation.
When harvesting our olives, we also place great importance on nature conservation. Every year, several million songbirds die because of harvesting machines that drive through the fields at night and catch the birds in the trees. That is out of the question for us! The olives for O'Liv PLUS come from growing areas in the Greek region of Achaia, where harvesting is traditionally done by hand . Avoiding synthetic pesticides also protects the biodiversity of the olive groves.

What makes a good olive oil?
