Through early harvesting, gentle cold pressing under oxygen-reduced conditions and immediate, rapid, chilled bottling, we obtain an olive oil with an exceptionally high polyphenol content of up to 1,000 mg/kg and guarantee a value of at least 750 mg/kg. The oil is stored protected from light and at 7°C until dispatch. This means that our O'Liv PLUS oil is optimally protected from oxidation throughout the entire process.

Every year, several million songbirds die because harvesting machines that drive through the fields at night catch the birds in the trees. That is out of the question for us! For this reason, we recommend taking one tablespoon of O'Liv PLUS daily on an empty stomach. O'Liv PLUS can also be used as an addition to cold dishes.
