The challenge
Every woman knows it: burning when urinating and a constant urge to urinate - a classic urinary tract infection.
There are tried and tested home remedies for this: But who can manage to drink liters of cranberry juice for days on end? Maybe take 4 to 5 capsules of D-mannose a day? After all, you don't stay in bed with a urinary tract infection, you go to work anyway. It's hard to imagine that you could stick to that consistently.
Why Be1?
Be1 makes it possible to easily integrate the natural and concentrated power of cranberry juice and D-mannose into your everyday life for the first time. With Be1 you get an effective and practical 3-in-1 solution : Highly concentrated cranberry concentrate from 160 cranberries
with a guaranteed PAC value of 26 mg per sachet , correctly and highly dosed, 99% pure, vegetable D-mannose (2 g per sachet) and sensibly dosed vitamin C.
Quickly mixed into water, Be1 is easy to take and yet concentrated and highly dosed - without having to swallow capsules. The sour, fruity taste will immediately lift your mood, no matter where you are. The easy intake makes Be1 the perfect companion at any time, with no unnecessary additives.
The new Ehrlich
The market is flooded with products that claim to be scientifically based and premium - bullshit. They are often enriched with cheap raw materials, incorrect dosage or nonsensical multi-ingredient mixtures - "fairground mixtures" as we call them. The aim is to offer as many trendy raw materials as possible in low dosages, usually without any benefit. Enough of that - it's about our health!
Our approach: At the start of product development, a team of scientific staff examines all relevant studies, including raw materials, dosages, dosage form and co-factors. Branded raw materials are analyzed for additives and manufacturing methods. Our interdisciplinary team of doctors, alternative practitioners, nutritionists and product developers then discusses the results and determines the next steps.
The difference: products with scientifically based recipes and real benefits. We only use the highest quality raw materials in study-based dosages and without unnecessary additives .

Cranberries & D-Mannose for Women's Health
Old but Gold: Cranberries have been traditionally used for centuries to support urinary tract health . When developing Be1, we therefore decided to rely on a particularly tried and tested, highly effective and natural formulation and to redefine it in a unique and contemporary way. The so-called proanthocyanidins (PAC) are considered to be the most important ingredients, which must be included in sufficient concentration.
The second central component of Be1 is D-mannose , a natural simple sugar that is excreted in the urine. In addition to the appropriate dosage, it is important to choose a raw material that is highly pure and contains a natural ratio of the forms α- & ß-D-mannose .
The result: The first liquid, bioavailable and PAC-rich cranberry concentrate with 26 mg PAC per sachet – extracted from 160 cranberries. Sensibly combined with stable and highly pure D-mannose (2 g per sachet) and vitamin C.
It was important to us to develop a strong and safe dosage for acute use, which above all works quickly and acutely. Up to 3 sticks can be taken per day, corresponding to 6 g D-mannose and 78 mg PAC. Pure plant power with a strong effect.
We also made a conscious effort to ensure that the product was easy and practical to use - something that is often lacking in many conventional products. Up to a liter of cranberry juice and 6 g of D-mannose a day? Maybe OK as a powder, but in capsules you can easily end up with up to 12 a day! We found that simply impractical and uncomfortable.
Optimal intake
Prophylactic : Stir 20 ml concentrate into 100 ml water once daily.
Acute : Stir 20 ml concentrate into 100 ml water 2 to 3 times daily.
CranBe Dry Formula is an ideal supplement to Be1 for daily support of the female urinary tract.

Why don’t we use pumpkin seed extract, nettle, or other herbs?
All of these plants are healthy and have traditionally been used to treat urinary tract infections. However, the number of studies on these ingredients is rather small - if there are any at all. We felt that it was important to concentrate on the essentials. A large number of ingredients always necessarily reduces the proportion of the individual components. Therefore, we chose cranberry and D-mannose, the ingredients whose benefits for the urinary tract have by far the best research base.

The first signs are a frequent urge to urinate in small amounts. Many also feel pain or burning when urinating.
Cystitis is often caused by bacteria such as E. coli. Other triggers include hormonal changes, insufficient fluid intake, poor hygiene habits, excessive intimate hygiene and frequent sexual intercourse (honeymoon cystitis). Diseases such as diabetes, a weakened immune system and certain medications can also increase the risk.
If you suspect you have a bladder infection, pregnant women, men and children under the age of 12 should see a doctor. If you have pain in your flanks or if the pain does not improve despite treatment, it is advisable to seek medical advice immediately.
Bioavailability describes how well a nutrient can be absorbed and utilized by the body. High bioavailability means that the active ingredient quickly reaches the blood and can take effect. Factors such as the dosage form, accompanying substances or the individual metabolism have a significant influence.
Bioactive means that a substance influences biological processes in the body. Bioactive substances such as vitamins, antioxidants or secondary plant substances promote health and well-being. They are found in foods such as fruit, vegetables or nuts and support functions such as cell protection, anti-inflammatory properties or the immune system.
If you have a bladder infection (cystitis), it is important to act quickly to relieve the symptoms and fight the infection. It is advisable to drink plenty of water to flush out the bladder and to avoid irritating substances such as spicy foods or alcohol. Vitamin C, cranberries and D-mannose can particularly support bladder and urinary tract function. However, if the symptoms are more severe or persist, you should see a doctor. Regular urination and avoiding hypothermia can help prevent bladder infections.
