The "Whole Fruit" process is a special extraction method in which whole pomegranates are carefully processed, including seeds, peel and pulp. This ensures that the maximum amount of vital substances is retained in the Granavie PLUS pomegranate concentrate. The pomegranate polyphenols in particular reach an exceptionally high concentration, as they are largely found in the peel, which is usually not eaten when pomegranates are consumed in the traditional way.
A dose of 20 ml is recommended for daily intake. Accordingly, a 500 ml bottle of Granavie PLUS pomegranate concentrate lasts for about 25 days.

Seit gut einem Jahr nehme ich ein außergewöhnlich gutes Nahrungsergänzungsmittel (mit einem systempharmakologischen Ansatz entwickelt) ein, welches meinen NAD+-Spiegel extrem gefördert hat. Dies förderte die Aktivitäten meiner Mitochondrien, welche meinen Energielevel und die DNA-Reparatur-Prozesse enorm verbessert haben. Seit ca. 4 Monaten nehme ich nun noch täglich zusätzlich Granavie Plus ein. Bereits nach wenigen Wochen war ein weiterer deutlicher Kraftzuwachs und eine erhöhte Ausdauer zu verzeichnen. Offenbar habe ich ein gut funktionierendes Darmmikrobiom, welches die Produktion des Moleküls Urolithin A ermöglicht. Studien legen nahe, dass es Urolithin A ebenfalls eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Verbesserung der Mitochondrienfunktion spielen.
Vermutlich lässt sich damit sogar das biologische Alter reduzieren! Vor gut einem Jahr habe ich im chronologischen Alter von 59 Jahren mein biologisches Alter messen lassen (über Glycan Age). Dieses betrug lediglich 36 Jahre, also 23 Jahre weniger als mein chronologisches Alters. Das war sehr erfreulich, denn der Glycan Age zählt eindeutig zu den fundiertesten Alters-Tests der Gegenwart. Vor einer Woche habe ich nun den 2. Glycan-Age Test abgegeben und werde in ca. 3 Wochen die Labor-Ergebnisse erhalten. Granavie Plus kann ich aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrungen nur empfehlen!
