The law does not differentiate whether the relevant ingredient is synthetically produced or occurs naturally in the essential oil. Likewise, the regulation does not differentiate in terms of labelling whether the essential oil is bottled in 5 ml or delivered in a 50 kg barrel.
This means that even small quantities such as 5 ml must be labelled with the hazardous substance symbols and hazard phrases, even if these quantities are not harmful.
