Safe & well cared for during your pregnancy

Pregnancy is a time of change - physically, emotionally and mentally. Your body does incredible things as it grows new life inside you. This special phase brings many beautiful moments, but it can also be exhausting and challenging. With the right preparation and care, however, you can ensure that you feel completely comfortable and can enjoy this time to the fullest.

But what options and products are there to optimally care for you and prepare you for your pregnancy?

Scars, stretch marks & Co

Let's be honest: scars and stretch marks are part of most pregnancies. Gentle care is particularly important to care for the skin and support scar healing. A mild care oil, such as jojoba oil, is ideal for scar care as it deeply moisturizes the skin. The combination with essential oils from lavender, violet and spikenard can also soothe the skin, promote regeneration and reduce scarring. Regular, gentle massages with this oil mixture can improve the skin's appearance and make it feel supple.

breast care

The breast is the first thing that connects your baby with you and through which it receives its nourishment - a close bond that shapes your entire life. That is why it is particularly important to care for the nipples before, during and after pregnancy, as they are subjected to a lot of strain. A mild care oil can provide optimal support for the sensitive skin. Essential oils from fennel and coriander can also stimulate milk production. Regular, gentle massages help to keep the skin supple and prepare the breast for breastfeeding.

dam oil

Perineal care during pregnancy is essential to prepare the tissue for birth and to keep it supple. From the 34th week of pregnancy, regular massages can significantly reduce the risk of perineal tears or incisions. Essential oils such as clary sage and frankincense promote tissue relaxation and improve blood circulation. In combination with a mild care oil, the elasticity of the perineum is increased, which optimally prepares it for birth. In addition, perineal massage can be used before pregnancy to prevent injuries and improve bladder control.

fragrances and perfumes

During pregnancy and after birth, it is important to use strong scents such as perfume sparingly, as they can affect the mother-child bond. Your baby senses your emotions and moods - if you are relaxed, your child is too. To create a calming atmosphere, gentle scents are better. Use room sprays or essential oils in a diffuser to spread pleasant scents in the air. These subtle aromas promote relaxation and strengthen the bond with your baby without overstimulating them with intense perfumes.
