If little vitamin D3 is produced through the skin itself (e.g. due to too little time in sunlight), it is advisable to take additional dietary supplements.
When assessing a specific vitamin requirement, the treating pediatrician should always be consulted.
The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends 20 µg of vitamin D per day for children aged 4 and over, which corresponds to 800 international units.

Menaquinone-7 (MK-7) is a highly absorbable form of vitamin K2. The term all-trans refers to the chemical connection of the MK-7 molecules; it is the form of vitamin K2 with the highest bioavailability .
The MCT oil used is a tasteless extract from coconut oil . Since vitamins D3 and K2 are fat-soluble vitamins that are only optimally utilized by the body in combination with a high-fat carrier, we add the high-quality coconut oil and can thus guarantee a particularly high bioavailability.
The vitamin D3 is extracted using a gentle multi-stage cleaning, extraction and concentration process. Only water and alcohol are used, which are completely removed at the end of the production process.
