The depot effect through the “TDR” formulation
Acurmin DEPOT is intentionally not bioavailable. The intention is that the highly pure curcumin does not enter the bloodstream , but is specifically released in the intestine and released there continuously over a longer period of time. This means that the intestine is also constantly supplied with curcumin .

Long-term turmeric consumption recommendation
Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening (= 2 per day in total) with plenty of liquid. Ideally at least 30 minutes before a meal.
*Note: The time-delayed release formulation of Acurmin® DEPOT ensures a deliberately slowed release of the ingredients contained. However, in individual cases of diarrhea or other reasons for accelerated intestinal transit, this can lead to incomplete dissolution and corresponding excretion of the tablet. The simultaneous consumption of psyllium husks or other gel-forming foods can also disrupt the contact of the tablet with the digestive environment and thus dissolution, which is why a time interval of at least 120 minutes is recommended.
