Preparation & consumption recommendation
Loose tea allows for individual preparation. For 250 ml of tea (approx. one cup) we recommend 2-3 g of the tea blend.
Pour boiling water (100 °C) over the tea and allow it to steep for five to seven minutes. The tea can then be enjoyed either warm (at a maximum of 37 °C) or cold.
Warning: Never leave children unattended or alone when preparing tea or boiling water!
Little tip: The tea is particularly tasty and beneficial in combination with our matching thyme honey .
