Omega-3 fatty acids for children don't always have to come from omega-3 fish oil capsules. To ensure our children can meet their daily DHA needs in a purely plant-based form, we have developed vegan omega-3 capsules for children.
To avoid incorrect dosing with omega-3 drops for children, we opted for small, child-friendly algae oil capsules. White Omega Kids algae oil provides 330 mg DHA and 1.8 mg EPA per daily dose. It is the ideal companion at school and further supports children's concentration.

Why does our algae oil contain little EPA?
The type of algae oil we use, the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., naturally contains more DHA than EPA. Some manufacturers choose to artificially add EPA. For safety and quality reasons, we refrain from this and instead focus on naturally increasing DHA, which is essential for brain and eye development. EPA is widely available in food and can be sufficiently absorbed without additional supplements.
