General terms and conditions of participation:

  1. All persons aged 18 and over, residing in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, are eligible to participate.
  2. Kindgesund employees and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  3. The exact dates of each competition will be announced.

Important instructions:

  • Our competitions are in no way connected to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or other social media platforms and are neither sponsored, endorsed nor organized by them.
  • All information is provided exclusively by kindgesund.
  • Legal recourse is excluded.
  • Winners will be randomly selected and notified.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • By participating in the competition, participants agree that, if they win, their names may be published on our social media channels and website.
  • kindgesund reserves the right to change, adapt or terminate competitions without prior notice.

Conditions of participation for competitions via Instagram (@kindgesund)

  1. Organizer and responsible body for data processing

The organizer of the competition is Cellavent Healthcare GmbH, Am Trippelsberg 43, 40589 Düsseldorf, under the brand name kindgesund (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

  1. Participation and winner determination

The competition is open to all persons aged 18 or over residing in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Participants must answer the competition question and enter the competition by the specified date. The organizer will raffle off the prizes listed in the description.

    The winners will be selected by the date specified in the description and notified via Instagram direct message or email. The prizes will be sent by mail to the address provided by the winners. If the prize cannot be delivered the first time, the right to claim the prize will expire, and the organizer reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.

    Participation is free of charge. Participants only have to pay the internet connection fee. Participation is independent of the purchase of products or the ordering of services. The organizer is not liable for the availability of the website or for any transmission errors. The organizer may also modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if this should become necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond the organizer's control, or if this is the only way to ensure the proper conduct of the competition. The prize will not be paid out in cash. Each person may only enter the competition once. Participation via automated mass participation procedures of third parties is not permitted.

    The organizer reserves the right not to consider participants in the raffle in case of suspected technical manipulation.

    1. Data protection

    We use your data to conduct the competition. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data submitted by the winners will be deleted four weeks after the closing date. We only transmit the data to our service providers who help us administer the competition, such as agencies, shipping companies, and IT service providers.     As a participant, you have the right to information about the processing of your personal data, a right to data portability, and, where applicable, rights to erasure, rectification, restriction of processing, and/or objection to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
