Any natural person aged 18 or over residing in Germany may participate, with the exception of employees of the organizer, its affiliated companies and cooperation partners, as well as their respective relatives.

The winner will be determined by random drawing and notified promptly via direct message and in the comments of the contest post. If they do not respond within one day as requested and confirm acceptance of the prize, a new drawing will be held to determine a new winner.
Early termination, exclusion
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, participants have no claims against the organizer.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law applies. Legal recourse is excluded.

Participants' personal data will be processed to conduct the competition and document its proper execution. This data may also be transferred to service providers. Participants' personal data will generally be stored for six months after the competition deadline; winners' data will be stored for 10 years for verification purposes.
