Why cranberries for cystitis?
Cranberry concentrate with D-mannose and vitamin C
Many women drink liters of cranberry juice or take numerous pills – we offer you a practical, effective 3-in-1 solution.
With 26 mg of PACs per sachet, the cranberry concentrate works quickly and specifically. D-mannose supports the natural elimination of bacteria – a plant-based sugar with proven effectiveness in treating urinary tract infections . The additional portion of vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system – especially important during acute infections.
Who is CranBe Liquid ideal for – and how do you take it correctly?
Our vegan cranberry juice concentrate was specially developed for women who want to support their bladder health naturally.
Prophylaxis: Stir 1 sachet (20 ml) into 100 ml of water once daily
Acute: 1 sachet 2–3 times daily – ideal for the onset of symptoms or for intensive support

Things to know
Herbal support for bladder health
Proanthocyanidins (PACs) are secondary plant compounds found in cranberries that can prevent certain bacteria—especially E. coli , the most common pathogen in cystitis—from adhering to the bladder mucosa. The amount is crucial: studies show that at least 36 mg of PAC per day is needed to achieve this anti-adhesion effect.
D-Mannose is a plant-derived simple sugar that is not metabolized in the body but excreted directly in the urine. Along the way, it binds to bacterial surface structures—particularly those of E. coli —and thus supports their excretion via urine.
Together, PACs and D-Mannose work on two levels: They prevent bacteria from adhering and promote their elimination – an effective, herbal dual strategy for a healthy bladder.

Order nowFAQ - The most frequently asked questions
Are there any side effects when using FemBe CranBe Liquid Formula?
FemBe CranBe Liquid Form is generally well tolerated. However, people with known allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients should consult a doctor before use.
How long will it take until I notice an improvement?
The results may vary. The first improvement is usually felt after a few hours. However, in the case of acute infections, it is advisable to take CranBe Liquid over several days and to pay attention to the symptoms. If symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted immediately.
Can I take FemBe CranBe Liquid Formula together with an antibiotic?
Yes, CranBe Liquid Formula can be taken alongside antibiotic therapy.
Why don’t we use pumpkin seed extract, nettle, or other herbs?
All of these plants are healthy and have traditionally been used to treat urinary tract infections. However, the number of studies on these ingredients is rather small - if there are any at all. We felt that it was important to concentrate on the essentials. A large number of ingredients always necessarily reduces the proportion of the individual components. Therefore, we chose cranberry and D-mannose, the ingredients whose benefits for the urinary tract have by far the best research base.
FemBe only puts in what works and is good for you. Period!
How do I notice a bladder infection?
The first signs are a frequent urge to urinate in small amounts. Many also experience pain or burning when urinating.
What causes a bladder infection?
Cystitis is often caused by bacteria such as E. coli. Other triggers include hormonal changes, insufficient fluid intake, poor hygiene habits, excessive intimate hygiene and frequent sexual intercourse (honeymoon cystitis). Diseases such as diabetes, a weakened immune system and certain medications can also increase the risk.
When do I need to see a doctor if I have a bladder infection?
If you suspect you have a bladder infection, pregnant women, men and children under the age of 12 should see a doctor. If you have pain in your flanks or if the pain does not improve despite treatment, it is advisable to seek medical advice immediately.
What does bioavailability mean and why is it important?
Bioavailability describes how well a nutrient can be absorbed and utilized by the body. High bioavailability means that the active ingredient quickly reaches the blood and can take effect. Factors such as the dosage form, accompanying substances or the individual metabolism have a significant influence.
What are bioactive substances and their significance?
Bioactive means that a substance influences biological processes in the body. Bioactive substances such as vitamins, antioxidants or secondary plant substances promote health and well-being. They are found in foods such as fruit, vegetables or nuts and support functions such as cell protection, anti-inflammatory properties or the immune system.
What to do if you have a bladder infection?
If you have a bladder infection (cystitis), it is important to act quickly to relieve the symptoms and fight the infection. It is advisable to drink plenty of water to flush out the bladder and to avoid irritating substances such as spicy foods or alcohol. Vitamin C, cranberries and D-mannose can particularly support bladder and urinary tract function. However, if the symptoms are more severe or persist, you should see a doctor. Regular urination and avoiding hypothermia can help prevent bladder infections.
