Meine Tochter ist neun Jahre alt und hat ADHS, ich habe schon eine Menge an Omega ausprobiert, und dann hab ich erst später erfahren, dass der EP A und DHA Wert bei den Omega Tabletten oder Kapseln hoch sein müssen. Nach langen recherchieren bin ich dann auf diese Kapseln gestoßen, war sehr verunsichert, ob meine Tochter die überhaupt schlucken kann aber sie sind recht klein und mit Wasser oder Saft geht das super runter. Sie nimmt sie jetzt circa seit fünf Tagen, sie hat keinen schweren Magen, es riecht nach dem aufstoßen auch nicht nach Fisch und ich würde sagen, sie sind sehr leicht verdaulich. Um zu sagen, ob sie wirklich wirken, denke ich kann man erst nach ein paar Wochen, wenn die Tabletten vollständig in den Tagesrhythmus integriert sind.
Meine Tochter ist jeden Morgen Müsli, und nimmt diese Tabletten während des Essens zu sich, jeden Morgen vor der Schule.
Die Kugeln sind klein, und gut zum schlucken.
