1. Delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs from an order value of € 15. Below this threshold, we charge a shipping fee of € 2.95. For deliveries outside Germany with a value of less than € 100, the customer bears the costs himself, from an order value of € 100 international shipping is free as well.

Why Vitamin D3+K2 for children?
NATURAL VITAMINS – WHITE OMEGA® Kids D3 & K2 (for 1.5 months) contains plant-based vitamin D3 from algae and natural vitamin K2 from natto (fermented soybeans). To strengthen the child's immune system and to maintain bones, teeth and muscles.*
OPTIMALLY DOSED – Our product is specially tailored to the needs of children and contains 25 µg vitamin K2, 20 µg vitamin D3 and 179 mg omega-3 fish oil. The dosage is in the correct ratio, based on the recommendations of the DGE, EFSA and NRV.
FRESH OMEGA 3 – We only use pure WHITE OMEGA® fish oil (Friends of the Sea certified) and no cheap oils such as sunflower oil.
FRESHNESS CONCEPT – Thanks to airtight blister packaging and optimal storage, the Kids D3+K2 capsules remain protected from oxidation and thus outperform preparations in bottles and cans.

How much vitamin D do children need daily?
The recommended daily dose of vitamin D for children varies depending on age and individual needs. In general, the German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends that children from the age of one take 20 µg (=800 IU) of vitamin D daily , unless they are able to produce enough of their own vitamin D through exposure to sunlight. For infants, a daily dose of 10 micrograms (400 IU) of vitamin D is often recommended.
How do you recognize vitamin D deficiency in children?
Possible signs of a vitamin D deficiency in children include tiredness, difficulty concentrating, a weakened immune system, dizziness, circulatory problems, and muscle, joint or headaches. Tooth decay and frequent constipation can also indicate a vitamin D deficiency in children.
