Miliacin is a valuable ingredient extracted from golden millet and is characterized by its positive properties for hair health. The natural compound promotes hair growth and strengthens the hair structure from within by supplying the hair follicles with important nutrients and thus counteracting hair loss. In addition, miliacin can help to retain moisture in the hair, which leads to more suppleness.
Simple millet extracts are obtained using chemical solvents and usually contain only small amounts of miliacin. Our golden millet seed extract, on the other hand, was gently obtained using natural carbon dioxide . This means that it is not only solvent-free, but also contains the highest known amount of miliacin.
L-cystine , an important amino acid building block, plays an important role in hair care. It is a component of keratin, the main protein in hair, and thus supports the strength and elasticity of hair . It is a conditionally essential, proteinogenic amino acid that consists of two molecules of the sulfur-containing amino acid cysteine.

Warum verwenden wir kein Keratin oder Hyaluron?
Beide Substanzen sind normale Bestandteile der Haare. Es scheint also sinnvoll, sie zur Stärkung der Haare einzunehmen. Das Problem: Es handelt sich um relativ große Moleküle, die im Rahmen der Verdauung zerlegt werden. Das schließt zwar nicht aus, dass die kleineren Bestandteile einen Nutzen für den Haarstoffwechsel haben. Es ist jedoch bis heute nicht gut belegt.
